Since joining ProVets, Hank has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to both our mission and our people. His work has been instrumental in strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

With over 37 years of distinguished service in the federal government, Hank brings unparalleled expertise in managing complex, high-value technology programs across the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. He has led more than 500 advanced technology projects totaling over $10 billion in value, delivering strategic leadership in systems engineering, program execution, and federal budget planning. His leadership has helped shape critical national initiatives under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, significantly advancing U.S. energy resilience and manufacturing capabilities.

A seasoned executive known for building cross-agency coalitions and driving mission success, Hank excels in process optimization, performance management, and technology innovation. He holds an MBA from West Virginia University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mining Engineering Technology. His career has been recognized with multiple Department of Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Awards and is marked by a lasting legacy of public service leadership.

In his new role as Vice President, Hank will assist with strategic growth, program delivery, and partner engagement. His forward-thinking approach and deep understanding of our clients’ missions make him ideally suited to help lead ProVets into its next phase of growth.
