Dhavid Cayanan is the President & CEO of ProVets Consulting Group, a company built from a lifetime of experiences, both challenges and triumphs, and a deep belief in the American Dream.
He served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, supporting major military deployments during a pivotal time in American history. Following the events of 9/11, he played a key role as a Financial Manager, ensuring the financial readiness of airmen and soldiers prior to overseas assignments. In 2003, he transitioned into the Contracting career field and later deployed to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division in support of Operation Enduring Freedom managing life support operations at Forward Operating Bases for thousands of warfighters and civilian personnel. His leadership and service in high-risk, mission-critical environments earned formal recognition and continue to shape the values he brings to his work today.
Following his military service, Dhavid continued supporting the federal mission, serving at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. He later led critical acquisition efforts for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency as a Contracting Officer.
When he stepped away from the public sector, Dhavid founded ProVets with a vision to continue serving the American people. ProVets delivers high-impact support across the federal landscape, with capabilities in acquisition life cycle management, cradle-to-grave contracting, strategic planning, business process improvement, and financial assistance support. The firm is driven by principles of Efficiency, Accountability, Integrity, and Mission Focus, reflecting the same operational excellence and servant leadership that have defined Dhavid’s career.
